1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vibe to Ship, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Vibe to Ship offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe and may include:

  • Monthly or annual subscription billing
  • One-time purchases for lifetime access
  • Additional pay-per-use features

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate.

Price Changes: We may change our pricing at any time. For subscriptions, price changes will take effect at your next renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. After [X] days, we may cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at hello@vibetoship.co. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your data will be retained for [30] days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

6. User Content & File Uploads

Vibe to Ship allows you to upload, store, and manage files and other content ("User Content").

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over your files, data, or content.

License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant Vibe to Ship a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service
  • Make backup copies for disaster recovery
  • Display your content back to you within the application

This license ends when you delete your content or terminate your account.

Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code

Storage Limits: [Free/Paid] accounts include [X GB/TB] of file storage. Files larger than [50 MB] may not be uploaded. We reserve the right to delete files that violate these limits.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains child exploitation material (immediate account termination and reporting to authorities)
  • Is used for piracy, hacking, or illegal file sharing

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
  • Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications through our service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization
  • Bypass any measures we use to prevent or restrict access

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vibe to Ship service, including its code, design, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

We may experience downtime due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency repairs or security updates
  • Third-party service outages beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide at least [30/60/90] days notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vibe to Ship IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vibe to Ship AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibe to Ship and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Your User Content
